Hayden Ross was presented a check for $1,972 by Captain Dee Wallace, Vice President of the Ladies Power Puff Fishing Tournament.

Ross completed his certification at the Sea Academy in Aransas Pass, an eight day course for boat captains.

He is now a 100 ton licensed captain.
